Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing ju777 in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Users in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and all other regions of Bangladesh are equally subject to these provisions.

Account Registration

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent promotions, withdrawal limits, or verification requirements constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Security

• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

Deposits and Withdrawals

• Money laundering, match-fixing, or any form of collusion with other players or platform staff.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions via your payment provider.

• Sharing account access or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ju777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. ju777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform at all times.

In any event, ju777's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to Terms

ju777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where the changes are material, ju777 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the ju777 platform following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.
